Just some of the selfbuild projects we have been involved with can be seen below. Having completed many surveys over the past years for members of the public and selfbuild house manufacturers and suppliers, we are experienced in supplying quickly and efficiently to your architect or representative what is required to design your new house.   We supply the survey in any format, CD-ROM, email and paper copies can all be provided to both client and design team, together with photographs directly to your representative. If you would like to commission a survey, call us today. We have produced an Information sheet, especially for selfbuild customers. If you have been recommended by one of our associated Project Managers we can supply you with a special fixed price quotation. We would be happy to discuss how we can help with your project.
Sevenoaks SITE SURVEY
Demolish and rebuild project.

Date: August 2002

A full site survey including trees and types enabled the client to decide the position of a new access point. Levels across the sloping plot supplied data to design a four storey property. The existing property was surveyed, together with heights of surrounding properties. This is easily achieved using Reflectorless technology, without the need to access the surrounding properties.

On a corner, this property was to be rebuilt. A new access from the adjacent highway was also being considered, so the carriageway was surveyed in both directions

Bishops Steignton SITE SURVEY

Demolish and rebuild project
Buying a plot of land with an existing house in need of renovation, can often be more cost effective with a new build. This property in Devon offered the new owners with stunning a view over the Estuary.

The survey proved extensive as the intention to remove part of the drive on a substantial slope, required detailed attention. A fast road adjacent the property upgraded by the council, had necessitated high retaining walls at the front in order to move back the front boundary.
